Commencement Proclamation

under the

Residential Tenancies Amendment (Public Housing) Act 2004
No 66

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Residential Tenancies Amendment (Public Housing) Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 July 2007 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
