Proclamation

under the

Sporting Venues Management Act 2002

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 9 of the Sporting Venues Management Act 2002, do, by this my Proclamation, amend Schedule 1 to that Act in the manner set out in Schedule 1 to this Proclamation.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to amend Schedule 1 to the Sporting Venues Management Act 2002 to include certain land so that it will become part of the corporate lands in respect of which the corporation sole constituted under that Act exercises functions.

This Proclamation is made under section 9 of the Sporting Venues Management Act 2002.
