Commission for Children and Young People Amendment Act
2005 No 108

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Commission for Children and Young People Amendment Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 January 2007 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
