under the

Rural Lands Protection Amendment Act 2006 No 118

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Rural Lands Protection Amendment Act 2006, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2007 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 2.1 [1]) commences.

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the whole of the arrangements (such as investments).

Amendment Act 2006 (other than Schedule 2.1 [1]) on 1 January 2007.
Schedule 2.1 [1] makes an amendment to the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements)
