under the

Industrial Relations (Child Employment) Act 2006

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Industrial Relations (Child Employment) Act 2006, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2006 as the day on which Part 2 of that Act commences.

Explanatory note
