Proclamation

under the

Industrial Relations Further Amendment Act 2006

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Industrial Relations Further Amendment Act 2006, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

1 December 2006 as the day on which that Act commences, except for the following:

(a)	Schedule 1 [2], [10], [11], [12] and [14],
(b)	Schedule 1 [15] to the extent that it inserts a definition of NSW industrial relations website in the Dictionary of the Industrial Relations Act 1996,
(c)	Schedule 4.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence all of the provisions of the Industrial Relations Further Amendment Act 2006 other than those relating to the NSW industrial relations website.
