under the

Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 No 16

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 October 2006 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
