under the

Rural Workers Accommodation Amendment Act 2005 No 37

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Rural Workers Accommodation Amendment Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2006 as the day on which that Act commences.
