Protection of the Environment Operations Amendment Act 2005
No 96

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Protection of the Environment Operations Amendment Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 May 2006 as the day on which that Act commences.
