under the

Residential Parks Amendment (Statutory Review) Act 2005
No 117

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Residential Parks Amendment (Statutory Review) Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 April 2006 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act (Schedule 1 [15], [16] and [17] excepted) commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this proclamation is to commence all of the uncommenced provisions of the Residential Parks Amendment (Statutory Review) Act 2005 other than those relating to gas supply within residential parks.
