(Extended Leave) Act 2005 No 85

By Deputation from Her Excellency the Governor
I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Public Sector
Employment and Management Amendment (Extended Leave) Act 2005, do, by this

my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2006 as the day on which that Act commences.
