Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2002

By Deputation from Her Excellency the Governor
I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Workers
Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2002, do, by this my Proclamation,

appoint 1 January 2006 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act, and section 3 of

that Act in its application to the provisions of Schedule 1, commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence certain provisions of the Workers
