Property Legislation Amendment Act 2005 No 68

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Property

Legislation Amendment Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January

2006 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1 [7]–[11]) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence on 1 January 2006 the provisions of the Property Legislation Amendment Act 2005 (other than the amendments made by that Act to the Real Property Act 1900 relating to the recording and variation of easements, profits à prendre and restrictions on the use of land).
