Health Legislation Amendment Act 2005 No 82

By Deputation from Her Excellency the Governor
I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Health

Legislation Amendment Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January

2006 as the day on which that Act, except for Schedules 3 and 6, commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Health Legislation Amendment Act 2005 except for Schedules 3 and 6. Schedule 3 of the Act amends section 132 of the Podiatrists Act 2003 and Schedule 6 of the Act contains provisions that are consequential on the commencement of the Podiatrists Act 2003.
