Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment

(Infrastructure and Other Planning Reform) Act 2005 No 43

By Deputation from Her Excellency the Governor
I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Environmental
Planning and Assessment Amendment (Infrastructure and Other Planning Reform)

Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 December 2005 as the day on

which Schedules 7.9, 7.11 and 7.13 to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the amendments to the Lord Howe Island Act 1953, the Mining Act 1992 and the Petroleum (Onshore) Act 1991 contained in the Environmental Planning Assessment Amendment (Infrastructure and Other Planning Reform) Act 2005.
