under the

Podiatrists Act 2003 No 69

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Podiatrists Act 2003, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 December 2005 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
