Road Transport Legislation (Speed Limiters) Amendment Act
2005 No 36

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Road Transport Legislation (Speed Limiters) Amendment Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 24 November 2005 as the day on which that Act (other than Schedule 2.1) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Road Transport Legislation (Speed Limiters) Amendment Act 2005, except for a provision that relates to a regulation that has been repealed.
