Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Amendment (Parole) Act
2004 No 94

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Amendment (Parole) Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 October 2005 as the day on which that Act (except for Schedules 1 [8], [9], [17] and [18] and 2.3) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Crimes (Administration of Sentences) Amendment (Parole) Act 2004 other than certain amendments the commencement of which is tied to the commencement of the Compulsory Drug Treatment Correctional Centre Act 2004.
