Workers Compensation Amendment (Insurance Reform) Act
2003 No 81

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Workers Compensation Amendment (Insurance Reform) Act 2003, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 February 2005 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 3.4 [2] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence amendments made by the Workers Compensation Amendment (Insurance Reform) Act 2003 that provide for the establishment and functions of the Workers Compensation Nominal Insurer, the Workers Compensation Insurance Fund and scheme agents.
