under the

Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2004 No 56

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 18 February 2005 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the remaining uncommenced amendments made by the Workers Compensation Legislation Amendment Act 2004 (which relate to the Workers Compensation Insurance Fund Investment Board).
