Fines Act 1996 No 99

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Fines Act 1996, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 September 2005 as the day on which clause 9 of Schedule 3 to that Act commences.
