Dust Diseases Tribunal Amendment (Claims Resolution) Act
2005 No 22

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Dust Diseases Tribunal Amendment (Claims Resolution) Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 17 August 2005 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

Explanatory note
