under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment
(Infrastructure and Other Planning Reform) Act 2005 No 43

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Amendment (Infrastructure and Other Planning Reform) Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 2005 as the day on which that Act (except Schedules 2, 3, 7.3, 7.9, 7.11 and 7.13 to that Act) commences.
