under the

Crown Lands Legislation Amendment Act 2005 No 58

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crown Lands Legislation Amendment Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 July 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
