under the

Workers Compensation Amendment (Insurance Reform) Act
2003 No 81

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Workers Compensation Amendment (Insurance Reform) Act 2003, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2005 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence, except for Schedules 2 [3]–[27] and 3.4 [1], [4] and [5].

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the uncommenced provisions of the Workers Compensation Amendment (Insurance Reform) Act 2003 except for amendments relating to the Uninsured Liability and Indemnity Scheme.
