under the

Sheriff Act 2005 No 6

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Sheriff Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2005 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1.3 [2] and [4] and 1.4) commences.
