under the

Child Protection (Offenders Prohibition Orders) Act 2004 No 46

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Child Protection (Offenders Prohibition Orders) Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
