Marine Safety Amendment (Random Breath Testing) Act 2005

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Marine Safety Amendment (Random Breath Testing) Act 2005 do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 May 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
