under the

Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (New South Wales) Act
2005 No 12

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (New South Wales) Act 2005, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 29 April 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
