under the

Health Services Amendment Act 2004 No 92

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Health Services Amendment Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 8 April 2005 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

Explanatory note
