Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Amendment
(Photo ID) Act 2004 No 105

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Amendment (Photo ID) Act 2004 do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 4 April 2005 as the day on which that Act (except so much of Schedule 1 [5] as would insert section 80C (3) into the Licensing and Registration (Uniform Procedures) Act 2002) commences.
