under the

Residential Tenancies Amendment (Public Housing) Act 2004
No 66

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Residential Tenancies Amendment (Public Housing) Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 December 2004 as the day on which Schedule 1 [1], [3], [4], [5] and [9] to that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the Residential Tenancies Amendment (Public Housing) Act 2004 relating to acceptable behaviour agreements for public housing tenants.
