under the

Civil Liability Amendment Act 2003 No 94

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Civil Liability Amendment Act 2003, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 December 2004 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the Civil Liability Amendment

Act 2003 that amend Part 4 (Proportionate liability) of the Civil Liability Act 2002.
