Civil Liability Amendment (Offender Damages) Act 2004 No 29

By Deputation from Her Excellency the Governor
I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the
advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Civil Liability

Amendment (Offender Damages) Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint

19 November 2004 as the day on which that Act commences.
