Institute of Teachers Act 2004 No 65

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Institute of Teachers Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 9 August 2004 as the day on which that Act (other than Parts 3 and 4) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the Institute of Teachers Act 2004 other than Part 3 (Roll of teachers) and Part 4 (Accreditation of teachers).
