under the

Registered Clubs Amendment Act 2003 No 93

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Registered Clubs Amendment Act 2003, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 February 2004 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	Schedule 1 [9] to the extent that it inserts Division 6 of Part 4A of the Registered Clubs Act 1976,
(b)	Schedule 1 [10] and [11].

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Registered Clubs Amendment Act 2003 that provide for inquiries in relation to registered clubs and the making of savings and transitional regulations.
