Lord Howe Island Amendment Act 2004

JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor

I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Lord Howe Island Amendment Act 2004, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 2 April 2004 as the day on which that Act commences.
