National Parks and Wildlife Amendment Act 2001 No 130

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the National Parks and Wildlife Amendment Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 April 2003 as the day on which Schedule 1 [61] to that Act (to the extent that it inserts section 151D) commences.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence an amendment that inserts a new section 151D into the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1974. That section requires the National Parks and Wildlife Service to keep a public register of certain information relating to leases, easements and rights of way granted under that Act and to include that information on the Service’s website.
