No 59—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 June 2003 as the day on which Part 8 of that Act commences.

Explanatory note

This Proclamation commences Part 8 of the Crimes (Forensic Procedures) Act 2000 which provides for the carrying out of forensic procedures on volunteers and certain other persons.
