Civil Liability Amendment (Personal Responsibility) Act 2002

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Civil Liability Amendment (Personal Responsibility) Act 2002, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 6 December 2002 as the day on which that Act commences, except for the following provisions:

(a)	Schedule 1 [1] to the extent that it inserts section 5N in the Civil Liability Act 2002,
(b)	Schedule 1 [4],
(c)	Schedule 1 [5] to the extent that it inserts Part 4 in the Civil Liability Act 2002,
(d)	Schedule 4.2.
