under the

Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002 No 64

MARIE BASHIR, Governor

I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Game and Feral Animal Control Act 2002, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 11 October 2002 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a)	Parts 1 and 2,
(b)	sections 60, 61 and 62,
(c)	Schedules 1, 2 and 3.3.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to commence provisions of the Game and Feral

Animal Control Act 2002 that relate to the constitution of the Game Council.
