Act 2002—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 2002, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 20 September 2002 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

Explanatory note
The object of thisproclamation is tocommence the uncommenced provisions of the Courts Legislation Further Amendment Act 2002, being the whole Act except for Schedule 4 [1], on 20 September 2002. Schedule 4 [1] of the Act commenced on the date of assent to the Act by operation of section 2 (2) of the Act.

This proclamation is made under section 2 (1) of the Act.
