Amendment (Transfer of Special Areas)
Act 2001 No 92—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the National Parks and Wildlife Amendment (Transfer of Special Areas) Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 15 February 2002 as the day on which that Act commences.
