I, the deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2(2) of the Railways Discontinuance and Land Revesunent Act 1974, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which sections 3, 4 and 5 of that Act come into operation.
