I, the Governor, acting under the Rail Safety Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 1 February 2011 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1, 2 and 63 to 66, come into operation. Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 25 January 2011.
