WESTERN AUSTRALIA } By the Honourable Geoffrey Alexander

I, the Administrator, acting under section 2 of the Rail Freight System Act 2000 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council —

(a)

fix the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which that Act, other than Part 5 Divisions 1 and 6 and sections 91(1)(a) and (b) and 93, comes into operation; and

(b)

fa the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which Part 5 Divisions 1 and 6 of that Act come into operation.
