1, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under the Public and Bank Holidays Act 197? the Second Schedule and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council

(a)	revoke the proclamation under that. Act. Iiublished in the Government Gazette on 30 December 2008 at. page 5633, that. appoints Monday 3 October 2011 as the Celebrationn Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2011; and
(b)	appoint: Friday 28 October 2011 as the Celebration Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2011.
