I, the Governor, acting under the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 section 8 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, declare that instead of Monday 2 October 2006, Monday 3 July 2006 shall be the Celebration Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2006 in that part of the East Pilbara shire (a district under the Local Government Act 1995) being the townsite of Marble Bar and the area within a radius of 150 kilometres of that
