I, the Governor, acting under the Prohibited Behaviour Orders Act 2010 section 2(b) and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix 23 February 2011 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 and 2, come into operation.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the State on 22 February 2011.

Note:  Under the Prohibited Behaviour Orders Regulations 2011 regulation 2(b), the provisions of those regulations, other than regulations 1 and 2, come into operation on the day on which the Prohibited Behaviour Orders Act 2010 other than sections 1 and 2, comes into operation.
