I, the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor, acting under section 2(3) of the Ports and Marine Legislation Amendment Act 2008, and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which section 7 of that Act comes into operation.
